Investerare Medewi Bay Retreat

We are looking fo an investor in one of two ways.

1 - Lend $250,000USD for two years at an interest rate of 15% per year. The interest is non-taxable.

2 - Invest $250,000USD as a partner and receive 1/3 of profits.
The money is secured by land titles.

Business plan:
Phase 4 will consist of 6 Condominium blocks each containing six condo units. Four of these blocks will be made up of 50 square meter `studios` and two blocks of 65 square meter one `bedroom` condominiums `Phase` 4 will be constructed on 50 `ARE` beside Medewi Bay Retreat (MBR). Constrution will commence in approximately one year and will take two to three years to complete and sell.
We will have cients on site and condos to show from phase 1-2-3.
